Each jury member scores the defence criterion by criterion, using descriptors based on the best European rubrics — each on their own device, independently and blindly, or with the chair recording everything on one. The platform flags discrepancies, collects the nominal votes and generates the minutes.

Two ways to run the defence
Each on their own device
Members join with the code and PIN, or through their invitation link, and score blind on a phone or laptop. The chair follows the submissions and opens the deliberation.
One device for everyone
The chair records, in one table per criterion, the level each member announces — one click on the header applies it to all — then everyone's votes at once. Nobody else needs to sign in.
